Relaxation Bunny Yoga

Relaxation Yoga

Relaxation yoga, focuses on deep relaxation and stress reduction through holding passive poses for extended periods, promoting a state of calm and well-being. Restorative Yoga creates peace in yourself and thus creates peace in the world. Adult classes are 1 hour in length. 

Your $30 ticket includes:

🌿 A guided yoga session led by a qualified instructor (see instructor profiles on our Bunny Page)
🌿 Leafy green treats to invite the bunnies to visit your mat
🌿 Extra connection time with the bunnies after class

Date: Select Monday evenings throughout the summer – 1 hour Relaxation Yoga with Bunnies

An Invitation to Pause & Reconnect

Sometimes we move through our days on autopilot, caring for everyone else while forgetting to nurture ourselves. This upcoming event offers an opportunity to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and welcoming space.

Here’s what the day will look like:
10:30–10:45 → Gentle Welcome & Introduction, Intention Setting
10:45–11:30 → Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Practice

11:35–12:00 → Creating Your Self-Care Toolbox
12:00–12:30 → Nourishing Lunch
12:30–1:00 → Yoga Nidra (Guided Rest)
1:00–1:30 → Chai Tea & Social Before Heading Back Into Your Day

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about creating space—space to breathe, rest, and care for yourself. Whether you’re looking to release stress, reset your nervous system, or enjoy a few hours of intentional pause, you are welcome here.

  • A gentle TCTSY (Trauma-Sensitive Yoga) practice, with invitations focused on choice, connection, and self-awareness
  • A restful Yoga Nidra session, offering space for deep relaxation
  • Mindful eating with nourishing food provided
  • Time to create your own mini self-regulation toolkit—practical resources to support everyday well-being

What to Bring

  • Yoga mat (optional if you prefer using a chair)
  • Water
  • Any props that support your comfort (blocks, bolster, blanket, or pillow)
